Passionate about distinctive real estate, I help individuals, executives and investors bring their real estate projects to life through to the signing of the deed, and beyond, tailored to each need. Based in central Paris, I am passionate about human relationships and life projects. My professionalism is recognized and my commitment by your side is total. I entered the real estate world in 2020 by creating a premium concierge service, after 28 years in advertising and communications. Moreover, I have surrounded myself with experts who enable me to respond to any type of bespoke and turnkey real estate project (mortgage broker, notary, lawyer, architect, general contractor, moving and concierge services).
My approach to real estate
I do not approach real estate as a simple connection between a seller and a buyer. Each property has: a context, a history, a positioning, and a specific appreciation potential. My role is to build a coherent strategy around each project: market analysis, price positioning, value enhancement, buyer targeting and negotiation support. I primarily work on: premium real estate, distinctive or heritage properties, and projects requiring a strategic reading of the market.
